TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MOCK EXAM PARTICIPATION

⁠Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to take the NAC-OSCE or similar clinical skills exams. Proof of identification may be requested at check-in.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

  • Participants shall not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any content, materials, scenarios, checklists, or feedback provided during the mock exam.

  • Audio or video recording of any portion of the Event is strictly prohibited. Breach of this clause may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund and possible legal action.

Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and ethical behavior toward standardized patients, examiners, staff, and fellow participants.

  • Any form of harassment, intimidation, or misconduct will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

⁠Exam Timing and Attendance

  • Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled exam time. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot and will not be eligible for refunds.

  • No-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded except under exceptional circumstances supported by valid documentation.


​Refund Policy

  • All payments made to The OSCE Academy for the NAC OSCE Mock Exam are non-refundable.

  • Once registration and payment are completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts.

  • We encourage all participants to carefully review their availability and commitment before registering.
     

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

  • The Participant understands that participation in a mock clinical exam may involve simulated scenarios that can be emotionally or physically challenging.

  • The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and releases the Organizer, its staff, and venue partners from all claims arising from injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Event.
     

Personal Belongings

  • Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Modifications or Cancellation of Event

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the structure, content, or schedule of the Event, or cancel the Event entirely, with reasonable notice to Participants. In case of cancellation by the Organizer, full refunds will be issued.

Use of Feedback and Observations

  • The Organizer may collect anonymized data from participant performance for quality assurance and improvement purposes. Individual performance will not be shared without consent.

Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Acknowledgment

  • By attending the Event, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer 

The OSCE academy is not in any way, shape or form affiliated with or partners with any licensing body or governing body in Canada or outside. We are a private organization and the content of the exams are  the sole intellectual property of the Osce academy. Any distribution of the content in audio, video, text or any other form will be deemed illegal and legal action will be taken on the involved parties.
